2. Replacement Process: You may need to provide photos of the damage or defect along with the original packaging. PRITI will then arrange for a replacement or repair and handle the logistics.

3. Turnaround Time: The time it takes to receive a replacement may vary. It can range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on PRITI’s inventory and processing time.

4. Assembly Issues: If the furniture is defective due to assembly errors (for example, missing parts), PRITI will send replacement parts or provide assistance to resolve the issue.

5. Customization Issues: If the customized furniture does not meet the agreed specifications, PRITI will generally offer to correct the issue or provide a replacement that matches your order.

Tips for Handling Returns and Replacements

At PRITI, products come with a warranty period of 12 to 36 months, depending on the specific product. The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects that occur during the warranty period. This warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use.

• Small cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods, impacts, or accidents.

• Damage caused due to incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.

• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using unsuitable cleaning methods or products. (For example, upholstered furniture may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight.)

• Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product.

• Decaying of wood due to continuous exposure to water.

• Due to seasonal climate variations, solid wood may contract and expand throughout the life of the product. Such natural movement is not covered under the warranty for solid wood furniture.

• Joint lines, wood grains, or other characteristics inherent to natural wood are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty. Claims related to seasonal splits or joint openings are limited to the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase (for solid wood furniture).

• Upholstery fabrics, such as seat covers, are not covered under warranty. For upholstered products, the warranty applies only to the frame and mechanisms, if any.

• Damage caused by non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.

• As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm due to variations in floor or surface levels is considered acceptable and is not covered under warranty.

Placing an Order

Please check the dimensions of your entrance, staircase, and doorway before placing an order to ensure smooth delivery of the product to your premises. In cases where the product cannot be moved inside due to space constraints, PRITI will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests.

Certain items require no assembly and can be used as delivered. Please refer to the product details for assembly information. Wherever assembly assistance is provided, carpenter visits will be scheduled accordingly.

Returns

If you choose to return an item, please ensure that the product is packed properly and kept in its original condition and packaging.

Damages

PRITI’s delivery arrangements are designed to provide a hassle-free and damage-free experience. Please contact us immediately if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• The issue is brought to the attention of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

The defect will be assessed within 72 hours, and an appropriate solution will be provided. If, in the opinion of PRITI, the product is found to be defective or damaged, it may be repaired, replaced, or any other corrective action may be taken as deemed appropriate.

Any missing parts required for product assembly should be reported immediately to the Customer Support team so that replacement parts can be arranged and delivered as soon as possible.
