Shipping Time:

The time taken to dispatch a product depends upon the type of product and the quantity ordered. Large quantities generally require additional processing time, which will be communicated to customers once the order is confirmed.

Most orders are delivered within 15–20 business days. Monday to Saturday are considered business days, excluding public holidays.

Delays in delivery may occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we do our best to ensure timely delivery for all our customers.

Refund & Return

At Priti, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
